Keep fit programme

Our health is our wealth. That's why if people want to be healthy, they must keep fit. All physical exercises are useful for our bodies and help us keep fit. There are a lot of ways to keep fit. Running, swimming, walking in the park or in the forest are very popular activities. A lot of people nowdays are crazy about riding a bike or riding a horse. Some people are fond of doing yoga or aerobics. Others are interesting in skating or rollerblading.



If you want to be healthy and fit you must:

- Eat fruits and vegetables
- Eat nourishing food 
- Take vitamins
- Drink a lot of water
- Sleep about 8 or 9 hours

And of course, you mustn't:
- Eat fast food
- Eat a lot of food
- Drink  fizzy drinks
- Play computer games
- Surf the Internet a lot
- Go to bed late
- Smoke

I believe, if people follow these simple rulers, they will be healthy and fit!
